Start service

Are you new to the area, returning to the area, or adding another home to your existing PSE account? To start service, we may ask you for:
  • Your name
  • Your telephone number
  • The address where you're starting service
  • Your source of income and length of employment
  • Information to help us identify you, like your driver's license or passport number, military ID, tax ID number, Social Security number or birthdate
The application can take up to 15 minutes to complete. Throughout the process, you'll have the opportunity to save and return later. Resume your application by returning here. You must have a digital account and be logged in to use this feature.
