Payment and billing options
From going paperless to setting up a monthly withdrawal, you have several options for how to receive and pay your bill.

Pay online
Go paperless and pay your bill online through your PSE online account.
Accepted forms of payment:
- Credit/debit card
- AutoPay
- Bank withdrawal
- Bill management with doxo
- Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for commercial customers

Pay by phone
Pay your bill over the phone using a credit or debit card or bank check.

Pay by mail
Send your check, money order or cashier's check payment through the mail. Address your payment to:

Pay in person
Visit one of our PSE pay stations to pay your bill in person using cash, check, pin based debit or money order (varies by location).
