Contractor Onboarding and Offboarding using Beeline

PSE uses Beeline for contractor onboarding and offboarding. Beeline provides suppliers with greater visibility into our contractor onboarding and offboarding processes. Contractors are employees of suppliers who are assigned to PSE contracts and require access to PSE facilities and/or systems.

Through Beeline, suppliers can create resource profiles for contractors, submit candidates to open positions, receive updates on position status, and manage contractor onboarding and offboarding requests—all in one centralized platform.

Beeline operates alongside our existing supplier processes; contracts and invoicing processes remain in Ariba unchanged. The program is designed to streamline our collaboration while supporting the strong partnerships you've established with PSE managers and teams. There is no cost to suppliers for participating in this program.
