We understand the stress and disruption that power outages can cause, and we appreciate your patience as we work to restore power as quickly and safely as possible.

Crews have made excellent progress, and we expect all remaining customers to have power restored today. Crews will continue to work around the clock until power is restored to all customers.

We are also watching the weather forecast and the potential for winds this afternoon and tonight in western Whatcom County and the Cascade Foothills. High winds could increase the number of outages or might delay current restoration efforts if conditions are not safe for our crews to continue to work for a period of time.

$50 limited-time rebate

Heat pump dryer (vented/ventless)
$200 rebate

How to qualify

Equipment requirements

You must choose your new ENERGY STAR certified appliance(s) from our lists of qualified front load clothes washers, qualified dryers, qualified heat pump vented or ventless dryers and qualified all in one models.
Qualified Product Lists are updated monthly so please check back before making a purchase

Customer requirements

You must be a current PSE electric customer

Rebate requirements

Purchase and install new qualifying equipment between now and 12/31/2025 to be eligible for the rebate.
Your rebate application must be submitted within 60 days of purchase date on your receipts.
Required documentation: A copy of your receipt that clearly indicates the retailer, purchase date, manufacturer, model number, price, and proof of payment for your appliance(s).
Business customers must include a current W-9 with their application.
If approved, your rebate will be sent to you in the method you requested on the rebate application, either as a check or a bill credit.

If applying for increased Efficiency Boost rebates:
