We understand how frustrating extended outages are and that you are counting on us to get your power restored.

Crews made steady progress today, focused on repairs to transmission lines, working to reenergize substations, and repairs on the local distribution system.

If you receive a "power restored" notification, but are still out of power, please report the outage again.

Time-of-Use

When and how you use electricity matters

If you have the flexibility to shift when you use energy-intensive appliances, electric heating/cooling systems, and/or charge EVs away from “peak” periods, you may save money on your monthly bill with Time-of-Use (TOU) rates.

Peak periods are when demand and costs are highest. On a TOU rate plan, you will pay less for electricity used during weekday “off-peak” periods, including all day on weekends and holidays.
