How you qualify

To receive PSE's rebates:

• You must be a current PSE electric or natural gas customer and PSE must supply the fuel used by the purchased equipment (Gas Transportation Rate schedules do not qualify).
• You must purchase a model found on PSE's certified qualified products lists (QPLs):

• Equipment must be purchased new. Used equipment does not qualify.
• Equipment purchased on or after 1/1/2026 will be eligible for 2026 rebate amounts. Purchases made in 2025 are eligible for the rebate amounts available in 2025.
• PSE’s rebate cannot exceed the purchase price of the equipment, and does not include installation, labor or tax. If equipment purchase price is less than PSE’s rebate amount, PSE will pay no more than the cost. 

PSE is required to inspect installations for qualification compliance. You will receive a phone call if your project has been randomly selected. You will not unduly or unreasonably limit PSE's ability to conduct inspections.

How you apply

There are two ways to receive rebates:

1. Receive an instant rebate

Purchase qualified equipment from participating distributors and receive your rebate right at checkout, no forms required! Check our list below to see if your local distributor is participating in our instant rebate option.

Instant rebates are available at the following distributors. 

2. Receive your rebate in the mail

Purchase qualified equipment outside of our distributor list and you’ll receive your rebate directly from PSE if you follow these steps. Once you’ve made your purchase you will need to:

• Fill out the rebate application
• Make a copy of your equipment invoice(s)
• Complete and sign the W-9 Taxpayer Identification Form for your business

Submit all of the above to PSE:

• Print and mail to the address shown on the application form
