Fire Weather Forecasted

Due to current weather forecasts for strong thunderstorms followed by localized high winds and low humidities, we will be turning on Enhanced Powerline Settings (EPS)  starting Wednesday night. Impacted areas include the Cascade Crest, Western Cascade foothills and Kittitas County.

We’ve also added additional staffing for our first responders and our operations center.

These settings are designed to keep you safe but may result in unplanned power outages.

For more information or to report a power outage, visit PSE’s Outage map.

alert

Safety first. Never touch or go within 35 feet of downed power lines because they might be energized. Call PSE at 1-888-225-5773 or 911 to report problems.

Kirkland: Creating Change

Our Kirkland community cares deeply about creating a sustainable tomorrow for current residents and generations to come. If you share this vision, join thousands of your neighbors in creating positive change for Kirkland's clean energy future.

PSE has partnered with the City of Kirkland to promote participation in our Green Power program, which matches your electricity use with renewable energy made from wind and solar. The goal of this optional citywide challenge is to enroll 300 new residents and businesses in the program in 2026. If the goal is reached, PSE will provide the City of Kirkland with $15,000 toward a new solar array. Together, we can make a difference by reducing our carbon footprint and making Kirkland, and the world, a better place.

Join the 4,955 Kirkland customers already reducing their environmental impact with renewable energy, for just $4 per month.
