Put your smart thermostat to work

How to connect, control and save with your new Mysa Lite smart thermostat

1. Connect

Ask your landlord or property manager for access to connect to the Mysa smartphone app. They can send you an email invite with a customized link to download and connect to the app.

2. Control and save

On the thermostat

Use the arrows to raise and lower the temperature manually. The display will show the new setpoint for a few seconds, then return to the current room temperature.

On the Mysa app

Once you’re granted access, tap your unit’s tile in the app to adjust the temperature or set a schedule to save on your energy bills.

Around your home

Mysa Night

Close curtains at night in winter to keep heat in.

Mysa Day

Open curtains on sunny days for free heat.

Mysa Baseboard

Keep furniture and curtains clear of the baseboard so warm air can circulate.

3. Earn

Your Mysa Lite is already enrolled in the PSE Flex for Multifamily program. Here’s how it works:

  • Up to 15 times each winter, the temperature may auto-adjust by less than 2 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 – 4 hours to help reduce strain on the energy grid.
  • If you’re uncomfortable, simply adjust the temperature up or down to override the Flex event and return your thermostat to its normal schedule. Or call 1-888-793-9347 to opt out of the program at any time.
  • As a reward for staying enrolled, you’ll receive a $25 bill credit each spring.
