The majority of customers will be restored by midnight tonight. There are pockets of complex restoration work primarily related to unstable soil, access issues, and flooding that may take longer to restore. Our crews will continue to work around the clock until the last customers are restored.

If you encounter issues, make sure your browser is set to accept cookies. This will enable you to stay signed in to your profile.

For personal security and to prevent illegal access to your profile, please always remember to click the “Sign Out” link and close your browser when finished, especially if you are using a public computer.
