Fire Weather Forecasted

Due to current weather forecasts for strong thunderstorms followed by localized high winds and low humidities, we will be turning on Enhanced Powerline Settings (EPS)  starting Wednesday night. Impacted areas include the Cascade Crest, Western Cascade foothills and Kittitas County.

We’ve also added additional staffing for our first responders and our operations center.

These settings are designed to keep you safe but may result in unplanned power outages.

For more information or to report a power outage, visit PSE’s Outage map.

alert

Safety first. Never touch or go within 35 feet of downed power lines because they might be energized. Call PSE at 1-888-225-5773 or 911 to report problems.

Electrify Your Ride

There’s a misconception that driving an electric vehicle is like eating your veggies: something you should do just because it’s good for you. But, we’d like to see a carrot go 0-60 in 2.4 seconds.

Register for our October virtual event and hear from our EV experts and two long-time EV owners on:

  • Why EVs are just plain fun
  • The new EV models expected to hit showroom floors in the next two years
  • How EVs can save you money on fuel and maintenance

Plus, we’ll answer all your questions about finally making the switch to an EV. And, you’ll be entered for a chance to win a prize package with a Red Cross deluxe 3-day emergency preparedness kit just for attending.
