Crews out in full force responding to early fall storm.

Crews continue to restore power to customers impacted by Friday's unseasonably strong storm, including in the Yelm and Rainier areas where the majority of outages remain.

We know how hard it is to be without power and we appreciate our customers' patience as crews make repairs and restore power.

Safety first:

  • Never touch or go within 35 feet of downed power lines because they might be energized.
  • Call PSE at 1-888-225-5773 or 911 to report problems.
  • Use flashlights instead of candles.  
  • Never operate a generator indoors or in enclosed spaces.  
  • Be aware of the dangers of carbon monoxide poisoning: Never install or use a generator indoors or in enclosed or partially enclosed areas, even those that are ventilated.

PSE’s Multifamily Retrofit program helps property owners offset the cost of energy-efficient equipment and retrofit projects that can lower monthly bills and provide valued comfort to tenants.

You will hear directly from PSE’s Mac Snow, who manages the Multifamily Retrofit program, as well as our partners at CLEAResult. In addition, you will have the opportunity to ask questions related to your specific needs.

  • New incentives for moderate-income properties
  • High-ROI projects, like insulation and air-sealing, for which PSE covers at or close to 100 percent of costs
