Join us virtually on May 14th from 11:00am to 12:30pm or May 19th from 4:30pm to 6:00pm, as we share information on our Assistance programs (HELP, Bill Discount Rate (BDR), Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and Past Due Bill Forgiveness), Weatherization Assistance, Efficiency Boost, Flex and MyUsage programs.
This event is for renters and homeowners and will have live interpretation in Spanish (Español), and Vietnamese (Tiếng Việt).
We’ll cover the PSE programs listed below, and you’ll get time to ask questions at the end!
- HELP: Eligible customers can get help paying bills in times of need.
- Bill Discount Rate: Learn how income-eligible customers can save up to 45% on their monthly bill. No income documentation or social security number needed to apply.
- Past Due Bill Forgiveness: PSE will credit 1/12 of the benefit every month for on-time energy bill payments.
- Weatherization Assistance: PSE partners with local agencies to offer income eligible customers free, energy saving upgrades that lower energy use by protecting your home from the elements.
- Efficiency Boost: Income-qualified customers can get higher rebates for home upgrades that put long-term savings within reach by lowering energy use.
- How PSE Flex programs pay you for reducing energy use during high-demand days
- MyUsage, a tool to track your energy use and spot saving opportunities.
