I have received a copy and have read the rules governing access to Lessors’ property and agree to abide by them. I understand that if I fail to abide by these rules, my hunting/fishing/recreation privileges may be immediately terminated and I may be subject to further liability or prosecution. I understand that Lessors and Lessees assume no liability for my safety and personal property while I am on Lessors’ land. I release and agree to hold Lessors and Lessees harmless in the event of bodily injury, personal property damage, death, theft or other accident or mishap that may occur while I am on Lessors’ land. I understand that even if I am granted access to Lessors’ property, if I trespass on any Lessors’ property specifically listed as closed or marked with a “No Access” sign, or, violate any of the Lessors’ access rules (see below) then I may face revocation of my access privileges and prosecution for trespassing. I understand that there are wind power generating facilities operated by Lessee on a portion of Lessors’ property and that I will be responsible for any damage that I inflict on the wind power generating facilities (whether or not such damage is intentional), including, but not limited to wind turbines, overhead power lines, splice boxes, junction boxes, maintenance vehicles, people, signs, maintenance facilities, substation, poles, fences or gates.
