If you are a residential customer with a qualifying income or a commercial customer that serves and benefits historically underrepresented communities, PSE has Empower Mobility incentives that can bring the cost of installing charging stations down to $0 and, in some cases, fund part of an EV.

Up & Go Electric for Multifamily
- What: Funding for charging stations and partial funding for a carshare EV, ebikes, or electric scooters
- Who: Multifamily properties that house predominantly low-income residents or Tribal communities

Up & Go Electric for Workplace
- What: Funding for charging stations
- Who: Workplaces that primarily employ and/or directly serve historically underrepresented communities

Up & Go Electric for Fleet
- What: Funding for charging stations and partial funding for an EV
- Who: Community-based organizations, Tribal entities, government agencies and minority-owned small businesses that directly serve and/or benefit historically underrepresented communities

Up & Go Electric for Public
- What: Funding for charging stations
- Who: Businesses and communities whose sites directly serve and/or benefit historically underrepresented communities

Up & Go Electric for Home Charging
- What: Rebates or up-front incentives for chargers and installation costs
- Who: PSE residential electric customers with qualifying household incomes

Community input
To ensure the best outcomes for our customers, we gave our communities a seat at the design table. PSE is engaging with residents, community-based organizations, municipalities, government agencies and Tribal entities to better understand the barriers they may face in accessing transportation electrification and help remove those barriers and maximize their desired benefits.
