Solicitud de propuesta voluntaria a escala de servicios públicos para 2026
El 5 de febrero de 2026, Puget Sound Energy («PSE») presentó ante la Comisión de Servicios Públicos y Transporte de Washington («WUTC» o «Comisión») una solicitud de propuesta voluntaria para recursos de energía y capacidad a escala de servicios públicos que cumplen con los requisitos del CETA (la «RFP voluntaria a escala de servicios públicos»). La solicitud de propuestas voluntaria a escala de servicios públicos de 2026 busca ofertas de personas calificadas para suministrar energía limpia compatible con la CETA y su capacidad máxima durante el invierno. RFP Document and Submission
PSE issued a Voluntary Utility-Scale RFP on February 5, 2026. To submit a bid, qualified respondents must create an account on PSE’s RFP submission portal and complete the 2026 Voluntary Utility-Scale RFP Proposal Form. The RFP submission portal will begin to accept bids on February 5, 2026.

The Proposal Form is an electronic form available through the RFP submission portal. Bidders may download a copy of the form questions to use for reference while preparing their bids and a set of portal instructions for bid submittal.

Bid Fee Instructions
For a proposal to be considered complete and successfully accepted by PSE, the bidder must submit the proposal through the RFP submission portal and submit the appropriate bid fee within three business days of the proposal due date (see schedule above). Bidders may submit more than one proposal, but must submit a separate bid fee for each proposal.
For complete bid fee submission instructions, see Section 8.3 of the 2026 Voluntary Utility-Scale RFP. Bidders may pay the bid fee via certified check or ACH transfer only. Bidders must annotate on the payment the PROPOSAL ID number. A PROPOSAL ID is generated by the submission portal when a new proposal is initiated by the bidder. Annotating the PROPOSAL ID on the payment is the only way to ensure that a payment will be associated with the corresponding proposal. Failure to annotate a PROPOSAL ID on the method of payment may result in unnecessary delay and/or loss of the bid fee.

Public Participation

Consistent with the requirements of Washington Administrative Code 480-107-035(5), within thirty days after the close of the RFP bidding period, PSE will post a summary of each bid the utility has received. PSE will post any schedule updates in the RFP Schedule section above. Additional updates, including process updates and press releases, will be posted in the Updates and Notifications section.
